How can I make a payment toward an overpayment?

You can make a credit card or ACH payment in your online account, or you can pay by check without an account. There is a 2.9% fee if you choose to pay by credit card.

To pay online: Log in to your benefit account. Select the Make a Payment button in the Account Alert to be taken to the payment screen. You can also go to the Overpayment tab at the top of your homepage to access the Make a Payment screen.

To pay by check: Your overpayment letter includes a payment coupon with instructions on where to mail your payment. Include the payment coupon with your payment.
