How do I request a review of my weekly claim?

You can request a redetermination of a denied weekly claim. To do this, log into your online account and under Claim Review(s), click on Request Review. From there you can select the claim impacted and indicate that your request is due to a ‘denied weekly claim.’ We will review your request and redetermine the weekly claim(s) accordingly.

If you have repaid an overpayment in full, you may have hours tied to a weekly claim restored to you. Submit a request for review.
