I have made several payments towards my overpayment. Where can I find my current balance or track payments I have made?

The Account Activity screen in your online account shows your current balance and any payments you have made. When you log in to your online account, click the Overpayment dropdown at the top of the screen. From there you can access the Account Activity screen.
