Redetermination definition

If you disagree with a decision about your benefits, you may request a review of your claim by logging in to your Paid Leave benefit account.

• From your benefit account homepage, select the “Request for Review” link within the “Take Action” box.
• Select your claim and the topic of your disagreement.
• Describe your disagreement.
• Provide documentation that supports your request (like paystubs or other paperwork to show you worked more hours than what we have on record for you, or an updated medical certification, etc.).
