Where can I see my balance due on an overpayment?

When you log in to your online benefit account you will see an Account Alert. This alert will display your balance due. You can also see your balance due in the Account Activity. You can access this screen by selecting Overpayment at the top of your homepage. Your billing statement is listed in the Overpayment Summary tab.

• If you disagree with the billing statement, follow the instructions in the letter to submit a waiver or appeal.
