Help Me Grow

Help Me Grow Washington, a community partner of Paid Leave, is a free service that connects parents and caregivers to resources in their area. Help Me Grow Washington is powered by thousands of programs and services across the state. Services are available in all languages.

Whether it be early childhood development screening, application assistance for health insurance, help finding a food bank, parenting class or low-cost medical clinic. Help Me Grow Washington strives to make sure resources are accessible to every child and every community.

How to connect with Help Me Grow Washington

  1. Call Help Me Grow Washington at 1-800-322-2588.
  2. You’ll be assigned a Family Resource Navigator.
  3. Your Family Resource Navigator will ask you questions and listen to your concerns.
  4. Your Family Resource Navigator will find appropriate resources and services for your child and family to help you access the health and community resources you need.
  5. Your Family Resource Navigator will also follow up to make sure the resources you received worked for you, and to see if you have additional questions or concerns.
